Tazewell County School Board recognized the Graham High School Golf Team for finishing up their season as Class Two state runners-up at this week's school board meeting.
In addition to team accolades, many individuals on the team were honored this year. Bailey Goodson was named District Player of the Year and a member of the All-District Team. Cooper Hale was also named to the All-District Team. Lastly, McCartney Hinkle was named to the All-District Team and was the District, Region, and State Tournament Champion! Congratulations to the team!
At the December school board meeting, our school board recognized Drake Young (left) for earning 8th place in the 2A State Cross Country Meet and Abigail Rhudy (right) for being named Southwest District Champion in Cross Country, Region 2D Champion in Cross Country, and 2A Cross Country State Champion.
